Ethan's first day of Kindergarten!

Here is our little man all grown up and going to KINDERGARTEN!

We were so fortunate to get the teacher we requested for Ethan. Mrs. Zerda is wonderful and seems to be the perfect fit for him.

Here is Ethan at the lunch cart where he puts his cold lunch. He just loves his super hero lunch box! Lunch is so much more fun to eat when you have a super cool box to put it in.

Ethan is doing great in school and loves his teacher! He is excited to go and learn and experience all of the new school activities being at school has to offer.

Jolee's in 2nd Grade now

Another school year is upon us...

Jolee is in Mrs. Lances' 2nd grade class
She is soooo excited that we got the teacher
that we requested!

I am happy to report that Jolee is LOVING 2nd grade and comes home excited about school everyday! We love her teacher Mrs. Lance. Jolee is doing wonderful and excelling in school.

Peter said that they was only one other student there to

take the 3 Day - 3 Gunclass besides himself. And for the

2 Day Deffensive Handgun Course he was 1 of 4 students.

It must be nice to have such a small class size

making there more time to shoot!!!

Thankfully Peter was able to borrow both the

riffle and the shotgun from my Dad. Thank you, Dad!

Peter really had a lot of fun! He can't wait to go back again!

Peter had so much fun that he is hoping to return for one
more gun class before the summer is over. And for us
Alaskans . . . sadly summer is over late August.

now and have little personalities, preferences & opinions.

Lathen's Mission Call

Lathen FINALLY received his mission call in the mail. He was thrilled to announce that he would be going to McAllen, Texas on a Spanish speaking mission! McAllen is at the very very very bottom of Texas bordering Mexico and right next to the Gulf of Mexico. It is sure to be scorching HOT all the time! With plenty of hurricane action to be sure. Fun, Fun, Fun!!! Although we are all so very excited for him we are going to miss Lathen terribly!
