Gramma's got a GUN!

Look out Barack Obama,
Gramma is enforcing her 2nd amendment
right to own & bear arms.
Here is my Dad teaching his Momma
how to hold and fire a gun.
It's never too late to learn how.
Gramma is the young age of 72.

~ Don't mess with my Gramma ~

She means BUSINESS!

Grampy's Bread

Logan & Grampy
~with the bread that they made that morning~
One of my fondest memories of my childhood is of my Dad making bread. He always made the recipe his own with a little adjustment here and there. My Dad would make bread everyday @ 5am. So that when I would get up for school that morning there would be HOT fresh bread fresh out of the bread maker to make my sandwhich for lunch. The best was when Dad would make bread right before church on Sunday and set it to be ready as soon as we arrived home from church. There is nothing better than having warm bread with melted butter & honey. YUMMY!
Thanks Dad for all that you did for us then and for all that you continue to do now.
I love you the mostest! Love, Sarapie*

Jolee's Loose Tooth

the Tooth Fairy
made a stop @ our house last night
~the BEFORE picture~
It all started when she bit into an ear of corn @ the Alaska State Fair. She informed both Peter & I that she could no longer eat any more corn because her tooth was loose. I looked at her and told her to stop pulling my leg. You have only had a couple of bites and you need to finish your food. She told me she couldn't because it was going to fall out of her face. I asked if I could feel the tooth in question... and sure enough it was a little wiggly.
~the AFTER picture~
-Jolee had a loose tooth for a week & a half now-
Her tooth didn't need much persuasion to come out. It was practically hanging out of her face already! So we decided to pull it out. And she wanted to do it herself. So we let her. Jolee was so brave! She did a wonderful job!
